Remodeling
I represent the homeowner to the trades. I design, make selections, bid the project, and manage all aspects of the design/build process.
Design: The architect team and I create an overall design plan presenting a vision of your remodeled space that transitions skillfully with your existing spaces. Upon your approval we move to create floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts with functionality and lifestyle in mind.
Selections: Specifications of building materials including appliances, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing and lighting are selected. Together we can visit showrooms and collaborate to create your ideal vision.
Bid: Bid your project by meeting sub-contractors for sight meetings. Put together a comprehensive list of costs associated with the scope of your plans.
Manage: Plan and manage your construction project, job site, and installation schedules.
